GETTING STARTED

The $500 Site Consultation

A focused, professional read on your land before you commit to anything bigger. One visit, one map, one write-up.

What's Included

For $500, you get three things: time on your land with Erik, a simple map of what's there, and a clear plan for what to do next.

Onsite Visit

Erik walks your property with you in person: soil, sun, water, slope, and whatever's already growing. Most of what matters about a piece of land only shows up when you're standing on it.

Simple Base Map

A to-scale sketch of your property: boundaries, structures, water, and sun patterns. It's the foundation any design or planting plan gets built on, and yours to keep either way.

Written Recommendations

A plain-language write-up of what your land can support and where to start. No jargon, no upsell. Something you can actually read, reference, and act on at your own pace.

Backyard Dreamscape edible landscape design, mapped directly onto an aerial photo of the property
Residential Edible Landscape

Backyard Dreamscape

A home garden design mapped directly onto an aerial photo of the property, with guilds of canopy fruit trees, shrubs, and ground covers built out around the water tank, greenhouse, and seating areas. A full plant list and sun-path analysis come with it, so every planting has a reason for where it sits.

Farm Overview design showing zones, water infrastructure, and planting areas across a larger property
Farm-Scale Planning

Farm Overview

A larger-scale plan for a working property: water lines, spigots, wet areas, planting zones, and privacy corridors mapped across the land ahead of any building or planting. This is the kind of map that keeps a multi-year project organized from the first spigot to the last row.
